Main structure of the water brake
1) Air
compressor
Air compressors are controlled using V belt connected to the crankshaft
engine and produces air pressure after rotating for 1/2 the speed of
rotation of the machine. Unload valve, mounted on the air
intake, prevent excessive air pressure along with a water pressure
regulator and adjust the air pressure in water storage tanks constantly.
2) Air
pressure regulator & unloader valve
Air pressure regulator valve lift when the air pressure flowing through
the air intake of the water tank against spring tension when the air
pressure in water storage tanks of more than 5.7 kgf / cm. Therefore,
the air compressor will stop working when the air pressure above the
unloader valve unloader valve opened by pressing down. Then
unloader valve back in its original position to revive the compression
of water when the air pressure in water storage tanks down below
specifications.
