Fuel Injection System


The development of the fuel injection system on motor gasoline today is growing rapidly. Conventional fuel systems becoming obsolete, and switch to fuel injection systems are more environmentally friendly and more efficient use of fuel.

a.    On Gasoline Injection System
The amount of fuel   into the engine cylinders are determined based on many conditions, such as temperature and, engine speed, the amount of incoming air, the remaining oxygen in the exhaust gas.
b.    Carburetor Systems In Ordinary
The amount of fuel into the cylinder motor is only based on the level of vacuum in the entire air / venturi carburetor through therottle position control valve (gas valve)
2.    Principle Work Gasoline Fuel Injection System Mechanical
Gasoline is sprayed directly into the suction valve hole. Udarar and fuel occurred from the suction hole until the end of the intake stroke. The fuel is mixed with air in the form of fog as sprayed.

3.     Functions and Components How it Works

a.    Distributor serves as fuel graduated with an exact amount for each engine load conditions. The amount of fuel supplied is determined by the air flow sensor plate directly measure the amount of air flowing into the engine cylinders. The position of the sensor plate is placed in such a way related to plunjer fuel controller, then adjust the amount of fuel to be injected.
 
b.    Regulators Pressure
Pressure setting is obtained from the primary pressure through a barrier that serves to connect the circuits and the primary pressure regulator back and forth. Furthermore, also used slang that connects the fuel distributor with regulators required at engine heat.
c.    Valve Pressure Deferensial
Deferensial pressure valve is in the fuel distributor. This valve serves to keep the pressure in the gap unntuk graduated to keep it constant.
d.    Valve Start

f.     Regulators Heaters

Regulator heating function serves to control the process of enriching the fuel mixture during engine warm. By the time the machine is turned on in a cold state, some petrol still condense on the walls of the suction line. To replace the condensation, gasoline must be enriched during heated or according to the technical term.  
a.    adder Wind (Air)

To overcome these obstacles engine power output needs to be increased by increasing the amount of air that is channeled into the machine. If this is not done, the engine is not flat.
