Introduction Toyota Computer Control System, the EFI system is designed
to use a simple mechanic that is easy to repair the damage of the EFI
system. EFI system is an integral and integrated sensor
signals are then calculated by a computer embedded in the EFI box, which
then instructs the injectors to how much fog (atomizasi) from, the fuel
heading into the combustion chamber. From the bottom of
the above then developed TCCS system, although similar to the
conventional EFI fuel delivery provides additional control for the
ignition angle. Other in-TCCS also set idle speed, EGR (Exhaust Gas recirculating), Vaccum Valve Switcing depend on the application. Explanation:
Spark Igniton management (ESA) Efi / TCCS system set the ignition
advance angle by monitoring the operating conditions of the engine,
calculates the optimum ignition point to spark plugs in the right
conditions. Iddle Speed Control (ISA) EFI system set
iddle Speed with different types of devices controlled from the ECU
monitors engine conditions signaling the ECU to determine how fast the
conditions iddle speed done. Exhaust gas recirculating
system mengntrol with circulating levels of NOx in the exhaust gas into
the combustion chamber via the intake manifold. EGR system consists of the EGR valve and exhaust pipes. EGR valve is controlled by the ECU based on signals from the CMP sensor, ECT sensor, MAP sensor and VSS. EGR consists of stepper motor, rod, valve, etc.. When
the EGR stepper motor receives a signal from the ECU, the stepper motor
will rotate towards open bedasarkan number of steps and the push rod
out of the worm stepper motor. EGR valve will be pushed by
the rod to open the appropriate amount of ECU sinyalk steps open to
release the exhaust gases from the exhaust manifold to the intake
manifold.
